Arisohn + Murphy worked with Wright to select a location for their first pop-up auction preview for International Style: Masterworks from the Boyd Collection. The Chicago based auction house recently shifted their New York auction previews to a pop-up model allowing them to tailor each event to the unique requirements of their auctions spanning modern and contemporary design and fine art.

Following their requisite for a location in the heart of Chelsea with a specific time frame and budget, we researched and presented a variety of options, landing on the High Line Nine. This newly opened building is a unique collection of gallerists in a dynamic, experimental, industry-leading format, beautifully designed by studioMDA. High Line Nine creates a new contemporary hybrid between a museum, gallery, art fair and showroom, making an art world destination in the heart of Chelsea that is structured to provide impeccably designed short-term spaces for both local and international arts organizations.
